In-house Personal Trainer, Movement Coach, Functional Strength and Kettlebell Instructor
Anthony’s journey into health and well-being began in his youth through competitive sports and callisthenics. The challenge of testing his body and the intrinsic sense of achievement that came with it fuelled his passion. This led Anthony towards becoming a personal trainer, where the weights room became his landing ground. He immersed in the realms of strength and conditioning, muscle gain, and weight loss, dedicating seven years to the practice. However, a series of injuries in his neck and back prompted a pivotal change, and he realised something was missing from my vocabulary. This began Anthony’s exploration into different modalities of mobility, functional movements and martial arts. He redirected focus towards rehabilitating his body comprehensively, from his feet to his neck.
Now on the other side of his injuries, Anthony’s objective is to impart this accumulated knowledge over the past decade to people through a hybrid training approach. Anthony aims to assist clients in achieving their diverse fitness goals whether it be weight loss, muscle gain or just moving more fluently without pain, by blending mobility, flexibility and strength and conditioning. What excites Anthony is giving his clients the tools, knowledge and mindset to walk away from a session feeling like health and well-being is not just something that happens in the gym but a way of life.
