  • I’ve signed up online. What now?

    Now, you’ll come into the gym to say hello and collect your 24/7 access key tag. See us at reception anytime during our staffed hours (see the bottom of this page) to organise this.

  • Do I need to book for classes?

    Bookings are required for all fitness classes, in order for the gym to understand what classes our members are enjoying and what we can add to our timetable. Follow the instructions below to book.

  • How do I cancel or suspend my membership?

    We require any variations to your membership in writing, via email. Send your name and cancellation request to us at admin@transformactive.com.au.

  • Is there a cancellation policy?

    If you cannot attend a class, you can remove yourself from the booking by clicking the cancellation link in your confirmation email. We require cancellations, as each class has a maximum attendance and a waitlist.

  • What if I’m running late?

    We encourage members to arrive 5 minutes before class starts, to prepare and set up. If you are running five minutes or less late, you can enter quietly. After five minutes, your entrance may be disruptive to the class and the instructor and we prefer you cancel your attendance.

  • What should I bring?

    We recommend you bring a bottle of water. You are welcome to bring your own mat for classes, but we have plenty available. 

  • Can I offer feedback?

    Of course! We love to hear feedback from our members regarding classes and the timetable. You can offer your feedback to reception over the desk, or via email.

  • Can I bring my pet to the gym?

    We love all creatures, but we prefer that pets are left safe at home while you train. Our facilities unfortunately don’t feature a great accommodating place for furry friends.

  • Are there change rooms?

    There are bathrooms and showers available, with space to change.

  • What’s the parking situation?

    There is a medium sized parking lot, with disabled parking included. There is also street parking available during peak periods.

  • What should I wear and bring?

    We suggest you wear anything you are comfortable exercising in! Shoes, shirts and a towel are mandatory. Please bring a plastic or metal water bottle. We cannot have glass water bottles within the gym area. We do have a cold water fountain available for refills.

  • Do you offer Fitness Passport?

    Transform Active offers Fitness Passport for GYM USE only. We require you to purchase a $25.00 key tag as a requirement of this membership is to tag in at the door each time you visit the gym. Please bring your Fitness Passport Identification card to reception and we will set up your membership and 24/7 keytag. 

  • I’ve purchased a casual visit. How do I access the gym?

    You can use your casual visit during our staffed hours only. See below for staffed hours, and visit reception to activate your pass.

  • Can I suspend my membership?

    At Transform Active we offer 8 weeks 'free of charge' suspensions per year; thereafter a pause rate of $5.95 per week will apply. Suspensions require a 24hr notice period as well as a start and end date to process. We do not offer open ended suspensions.

  • Can I self manage my membership?

    Through the Debit Success 'Pay Now' link on our “Services” page you're able to make payments towards your membership. This is especially helpful if you are overdue and want to avoid late fees all you need is your Debit Success ID number and surname. 

Terms & Condidtions

AGREEMENT AND WAIVER:

You request to participate in the activities set out in the Transform Active membership form and agreement provided by Transform Active ABN: 22 668 564 636 or third parties hired by Transform Active.

 

•       You understand and accept that Transform Active will not be staffed outside of its regular opening hours and that if you choose to use the gym during unstaffed hours you will do so at your own risk and without supervision or assistance. You acknowledge and accept that if you are injured, become unconscious, suffer a stroke, or heart attack during our unstaffed hours that there will likely be nobody to respond to your emergency. During unstaffed hours, if you require assistance, there are a number duress alarms available around the gym.

 

•       Because physical exercise can be strenuous and subject the participant to risk of serious injury, Transform Active urges you to obtain a physical examination from a doctor before using any exercise equipment or participating in any activities. You agree that when you use the gym, engage in the activities, on or off the premises, including at an event, you do so entirely at your own risk.

 

•       You warrant and represent that you have no injuries, physical restrictions, disabilities or predispositions to sickness or injury (conditions) that may affect your participation in the activities. Or, if you aware of such conditions, you participate in activities conducted by Transform Active at your own risk.

 

•       You understand that the personal entry tag issued to you by Transform Active is to be used solely by you. You agree not to share your tag with anyone else and not to use it to give access to the gym to other people. If you breach this condition, your membership may be cancelled.

 

•       You exclude Transform Active and its officers, employees and contractors, the organisers, sponsors, other participants and any other persons involved in your participation in the activities with Transform Active from any demand, claim, or other proceeding in relation to any injury or death or loss or damage to personal property in connection with your participation in the activities with Transform Active whether or not caused by the negligence of a releasee.

 

•       You agree to indemnify each releasee in relation to any demand, claim or proceeding that may be brought in connection with your participation in the activities with Transform Active where circumstances giving rise to such a demand, claim, or proceeding were caused or contributed by you or your breach of the Transform Active membership agreement.

•       You consent to Transform Active taking images and recording video footage of you for the following purposes only: (a) promotion of the gym, gym events and advertising the associated products and services. You are able to opt out via email.
