Our Classes
Register & Book Online
Step 1: Register
Click the "Book Here" button above.
Click the "Register" button at the top right corner of the timetable screen.
Check your email for a link to create your password.
You're all set to start booking!
Step 2: How to Book
Click the "Book Here" button.
Click the "Log-in" button at the top right corner.
Enter your email and the password you created.
Choose "Group Fitness Classes" from the "All Groups" drop-down menu to book classes, or
”Sauna Bookings” to book sauna sessions.You'll get an email confirmation with your booking details. You can cancel or make change to your bookings through this email.
When You Arrive:
Just swipe your membership tag to check in automatically. Remember to swipe, or it'll count as a missed booking.
To Cancel or Manage Your Booking:
Use the link in your email confirmation and follow the prompts.
If you are encountering issues, please ensure if you have had a prior gym membership with Mullum Gym, that you select ‘Transform Active"‘ in the drop down menu when logging in (top right of the screen).
Please cancel your booking if you can’t make it. You have up to 10 minutes before the class/sauna session to cancel.
If you miss three bookings without canceling, you’ll be temporarily blocked.
Note: If you're more than 5 minutes late, we can't allow entry, so please be on time!
CLASS FAQs
Do I need to book for classes?
Bookings are required for all fitness classes, in order for the gym to understand what classes our members are enjoying and what we can add to our timetable. Follow the instructions below to book.
Is there a cancellation policy?
If you cannot attend a class, you can remove yourself from the booking by clicking the cancellation link in your confirmation email. We require cancellations, as each class has a maximum attendance and a waitlist.
What if I’m running late?
We encourage members to arrive 5 minutes before class starts, to prepare and set up. If you are running five minutes or less late, you can enter quietly. After five minutes, your entrance may be disruptive to the class and the instructor and we prefer you cancel your attendance.
What should I bring?
We recommend you bring a bottle of water. You are welcome to bring your own mat for classes, but we have plenty available.
Can I offer feedback?
Of course! We love to hear feedback from our members regarding classes and the timetable. You can offer your feedback to reception over the desk, or via email.
