    We understand that life can get busy! That's why we offer flexible suspension options for all our members.

    Direct Debit Memberships:
    You’re entitled to 8 weeks of free suspension per year. After that, a nominal fee of $5.95 per week applies.

    Upfront Memberships:
    The number of free suspension weeks available varies depending on the type of membership you have. Please refer to your Terms and Conditions for full details.

    To request a suspension, simply provide us with 1 business day's written notice, along with your desired start and end dates.

  • Cancellations

    We’re sorry to see you go, but we’re here to make the process as smooth as possible.

    All Direct Debit membership cancellations require a 30-day written notice, which need be sent to us via email at:

    Upfront Memberships:
    Please note that Upfront memberships are non-refundable.
